Rainy Season is the third episode to Rilakkuma & Kaoru.

Heavy rains bring an unlikely growth of mushrooms inside the home, and Kaoru's spirits are dampened when she's the subject of office gossip.
Summary[]
It's raining outside and Kaoru notes how it's raining every day and how it's the same with her heart. Once Kaoru gathers the sentimental items that'll help her get to work, she says her goodbyes to Rilakkuma and the others and heads out.
At the Samejima Corp. bathroom, Sayu and Mika talk about a group date that Sayu is going on that night. The problem with her commitment is that they're down a woman and as they name off several women, Kaoru is mentioned. She, however, is rejected as someone too serious and works too hard. Koaru overhears this and feels dejected by it.
Back at the apartment, Kiiroitori battles against a bunch of mushrooms that are sprouting up around the house. To remedy this situation, Kiiroitori opens up a can of insecticide causing it to fumigate the entire apartment. Because of this, the trio exit the apartment where they meet Tokio and fill him in on the situation.
That night when Kaoru returns home, she notices that Rilakkuma has a musty smell, and mushrooms start to sprout on his behind. Kiiroitori points out several other places that the mushrooms have sprouted around the house so Kaoru looks it up in a book of hers. The mushroom turns out to be not poisonous so she decides to cook and eat them. Before any of them could try one, a frog enters the apartment and eats one of the mushrooms and spazzes out. Kaoru then realizes that the mushrooms really are poisonous after all. She then confesses that her co-workers said that she's too serious and figured eating the mushrooms would allow her to "let loose" in some way. Kaoru then apologizes to her roommates and Rilakkuma consoles her.
The next day, it's not raining outside and after Kaoru and the others take care of the chores they go for a walk outside.
